What effects can I add to a website to make it interesting? I'm not advanced enough to create awesome effects, and I'm talking about things like different color of scroller (which I did) and different mouse thingie (which I also did). What other cool effects are there?

Cool. It won't fit for some website themes, though, (like mine D:) The most commonly used effect is that when you bring your mouse over a picture the picture changes, its used commonly in navigation.

Its sometimes hard to think of stuff. I thought of some basics. For example before I tried CSS I never knew you can edit the scrollbar in your website. I'm wondering if you can change the color of the menu above the website-observation area where your address bar is, etc. That would be cool. Anyone know if you can use an image to use as scrollbar background? I know you can use colors, but I don't know how, or if you can use an image from your website.

heh yeah but maybe this would help you if you were going to use a background image for a scrollbar: background-image: url(http://)

So it works? I think I tried something like that before. I'll try it, thanks. Wait, that wouldnt work. That would just set the background image. I put these things in my body tag, and the color-selecting css thingies use scrollbar- maybe scrollbar-background-image: url(http://)
